When Tawney was 17 she started making
balloons animals in an attempt to stave off
getting a real job. So far it's still working.
As part of the Airigami team in Hong Kong,
Tawney helped create a large scale balloon
installation, and fashion show. She was a
guest instructor at JBAN, japans international
balloon convention, and has been a designer
for balloon Manor for its past three years.
Most recently, Tawney was hired as a
consultant for the latest Katy Perry music video.
When not making balloons, Tawney enjoys
Pina coladas, and long walks on the beach.
